On July 20 1969, Apollo 11's lunar module landed on the moon. Six hour later, Astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin became the first men to step onto the moon's surface.

Christopher Anderson began photographing New York City cops in the wake of 9/11, as the visual landscape of the city he called home began to change.
